Shipping Policy

At Knuvet, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

    1.    Order Processing:

    •    All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment (except Sundays & public holidays).

    •    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

    2.    Shipping Time:

    •    Metro Cities: 4–5 business days

    •    Other Cities: 4–7 business days

(Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your pincode and courier partner)

    3.    Shipping Charges:

    •    We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

    •    For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal charge of ₹50 will be applicable.

    4.    Tracking:

    •    You can track your order anytime using the tracking link shared via SMS/email.

    5.    Delays:

    •    While we aim for the fastest delivery, unforeseen courier delays or weather conditions may affect the timeline. We will keep you updated at every stage.
